When returning a product
for warranty repair or replacement be sure to include your name, address,
phone number and a brief note describing the problem along with the
product.
This D408 decoder was subjected to mis-wiring of
a function. With a 10 Amp system, there's a lot of power that
can be sent through the decoder. This one had a burn hole all
the way through the pc board! Check your wiring OFTEN!
