No questions asked replacement of an N or HO sized decoder - $10.00 each
No questions asked replacement of a 4 Amp decoder - $25.00 each
No questions asked replacement of an 8 Amp decoder - $35.00 each
 
Repair of broken LCD glass on Pro Cab or Power Cab - $25.00
PB105 Booster board replacement/repair due to over voltage (>18 Volts) input
          or DC voltage fed back in to the booster output - $60.00
Power Cab replacement/repair due to over voltage or prolonged shorts to the system - $30.00

When returning a product for warranty repair or replacement be sure to include your name, address, phone number and a brief note describing the problem along with the product.

NCE's Frequent Flamer's Corner
This D408 decoder was subjected to mis-wiring of a function. With a 10 Amp system, there's a lot of power that can be sent through the decoder. This one had a burn hole all the way through the pc board! Check your wiring OFTEN!
