At times we have received decoders sent to us for repair, replacement, or evaluation in #10 or even #5 envelopes. This can end up with a decoder that looks like this one -

Make sure you package the items you're sending back in a box with enough padding to protect a fine electronic product. In the case of decoders, at least use a padded envelope.
NCE's Frequent Flamer's Corner
This D408 decoder was subjected to mis-wiring of a function. With a 10 Amp system, there's a lot of power that can be sent through the decoder. This one had a burn hole all the way through the pc board! Check your wiring OFTEN!
Webster Volunteer Fire Department is on call for any needed emergency.
NCE Ends System One Support
Unfortunately, NCE is suspending support for the Wangrow System One products. Parts used in these systems, boosters and cabs are no longer available and we are out of parts that we had on hand.
