NCE does not have an automated package notification system. Please use your shipping carriers online tracking system before calling. We are currently shipping back completed repairs that were received by us on 5/2/2022. Thank you for your patience and understanding. There is no need to call us to confirm when your package arrived if the carriers web site says it was delivered.
