


As a business-to-business manufacturer of DCC electronics for model railroads, NCE products are available through our dealer network. You can locate in-stock items online using a search engine and the NCE part number, or by clicking the blue "Buy From a Dealer" link on the individual product listings inside the categories below.
To track your inbound shipments to NCE, please consult your shipper's tracking information before calling NCE. We do not have an internal package notification or tracking system in place. Command station and cab repairs, received on June 9th are currently being shipped.
Customers in Australia must purchase NCE products from our registered AU agent MRRC https://mrrc.com.au/
Please use your carrier's online tracking system to verify your package arrived.
No RMA is needed for repairs.

We will contact you before work is done to make payment arrangements if payment is needed. We do not take credit cards directly. We use PayPal to process credit card payments and make electronic payments. We also accept checks by mail.

Please note that NCE does not have an electronic notification system. You will not be notified when we receive your package.
The service department will call you if we need payment information. If you did not receive a call from us, your item was repaired at no charge.
NCE is a small company, so we do not have automated package tracking or RMA systems. There is no need to call or email us before sending something in for repair.
You will not be notified when your package arrives at our facility. Please use your carrier's tracking system to verify that your package arrived at NCE.
