Important news regarding wireless upgrades: Due to parts changes on 6/1/22 all NEW wireless cabs or wireless upgrades being shipped will now be wireless version 1.7. The good news: your EXISTING version 1.5 wireless cabs will NOT need an update! They will work exactly the same. The FYI: If you have the new version 1.7 wireless cab, your RB02 radio receiver MUST be updated to version 2.5 to work correctly. That update is $30 + return shipping with a turnaround time of about 4 weeks. We sincerely apologize for the required RB02 v2.5 update, but time marches forward in the electronics industry. It is always a challenge to stay up to date. We are currently shipping back completed repairs that were received by us on 6/13/2022.
Note: NCE will not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Please use your carrier's online tracking system to verify that your package arrived.
No RMA is needed for repairs

Please put your first and last name LEGIBLY on the outside of the package.

Include your contact info (email and phone number) inside the box.

Include a detailed description of the problem inside the box.

If payment is needed, we will contact you before work is done to make payment arrangements. We do not take credit cards directly. We use PayPal for credit card processing and electronic payments. We also take checks by mail.

Please note that NCE does NOT have an electronic notification system. You will NOT be notified when we have received your package. Do not contact us for this, please contact the shipping company for that information.
The service department will call you if we need payment information. If you did not receive a call from us that means your item was repaired at no charge.
NCE is a small company and as such we do not have automated package tracking or RMA systems. There is no need to call, or email us before sending something in for repair.
You will not be notified when your package arrives at our facility. Please use your carriers tracking system to verify your package arrived at NCE.
