NCE production capacity has been 100% total capacity for over two years. Please be patient. Try several dealers for the item you are looking for. Due to increased demand and parts shortages, we no longer keep products in stock at the factory. Some of the raw electronic components we require are unavailable at a wholesale level. We keep looking with limited success and have no eta on a permanent solution. All NCE products are made in the USA in Webster, NY. All orders for individuals, dealers, and distributors are done on a first-come, first-served basis and processed in that order. Requests for NCE products at a wholesale level are at an all-time high. The electronics industry, including DCC manufacturing, still has a global chip shortage and other capacity issues.

We do not take retail reservations or backorders or have a preorder system. Due to New York state tax regulations, it cost prohibitive for NCE to keep inventory on the shelf and available for retail purchase. Our products are made to order in-house at our facility here in Webster, NY. Most product distributors place orders 12 months in advance for a specific product level. The raw components we use are also on a 12-month preorder cycle. These components have been tough to come by in the past two years.
